1. Il servizio

«Comesifà» permette di scrivere guide di lavoro a passi, pubblicarle con un link o un QR e farle leggere, anche tradotte automaticamente, a chi lavora con te. Il servizio è fornito da Luca Montanari (dati nell'informativa privacy). Durante il lancio è gratuito. Se in futuro introdurremo piani a pagamento o cambieremo il servizio, lo comunicheremo con un anticipo ragionevole; potrai sempre scaricare i tuoi dati.

2. Account

Accedi con il tuo account Google e sei responsabile di tenerlo al sicuro. Puoi invitare collaboratori: potranno creare, modificare, pubblicare ed eliminare le guide del locale. Il titolare gestisce collaboratori e impostazioni.

3. I tuoi contenuti

• Le guide, le foto e i testi restano tuoi. Ci concedi solo quello che serve per salvarli, tradurli e mostrarli a chi ha il link.
• Sei responsabile di ciò che pubblichi e della sua correttezza. Non caricare contenuti illeciti, dati personali di altri, foto di persone senza il loro consenso, segreti che non vuoi condividere.
• Una guida pubblicata è visibile a chiunque abbia il suo link o QR (o quello di tutte le guide). Puoi ritirarla in bozza o cambiare i link in qualsiasi momento.

4. Limiti importanti

• Le guide non sostituiscono la formazione obbligatoria sulla sicurezza, il documento di valutazione dei rischi, il piano HACCP o le istruzioni dei produttori delle macchine.
• Le traduzioni automatiche e i suggerimenti dell'intelligenza artificiale possono contenere errori: controlla le istruzioni importanti per la sicurezza, anche con l'aiuto di un collega madrelingua.
• L'intelligenza artificiale gratuita ha un limite giornaliero: oltre quel limite alcune funzioni restano ferme fino al giorno dopo.

5. Uso corretto

Non è consentito usare il servizio per attività illecite, per sovraccaricarlo, per aggirarne i limiti o la sicurezza. Possiamo sospendere gli account che violano questi termini, avvisandoti quando possibile.

6. Responsabilità

Il servizio è fornito «così com'è». Facciamo il possibile perché funzioni bene e i dati siano al sicuro, ma non possiamo garantire che sia sempre disponibile o privo di errori. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, non rispondiamo dei danni indiretti derivanti dall'uso delle guide o delle traduzioni. Restano salvi i diritti che la legge riconosce ai consumatori.

7. Fine del rapporto

Puoi smettere quando vuoi ed eliminare l'account da Account → Elimina account: cancelliamo subito i tuoi dati.

1. The service

“Comesifà” lets you write step-by-step work guides, publish them with a link or QR code and have the people you work with read them, including automatically translated. The service is provided by Luca Montanari (details in the privacy policy). During launch it is free. If we introduce paid plans or change the service, we will give reasonable notice; you can always download your data.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure. You can invite collaborators: they can create, edit, publish and delete the workplace's guides. The owner manages collaborators and settings.

3. Your content

• Guides, photos and texts remain yours. You only grant us what is needed to store, translate and show them to people with the link.
• You are responsible for what you publish and its accuracy. Don't upload unlawful content, other people's personal data, photos of people without their consent, or secrets you don't want to share.
• A published guide is visible to anyone with its link or QR code (or the all-guides one). You can move it back to draft or change the links at any time.

4. Important limits

• Guides do not replace mandatory safety training, risk assessments, food safety plans or machine manufacturers' instructions.
• Automatic translations and AI suggestions may contain errors: check safety-critical instructions, ideally with a native-speaker colleague.
• The free AI has a daily limit: beyond it some features pause until the next day.

5. Fair use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to overload it, or to bypass its limits or security. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, notifying you where possible.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working well and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of guides or translations. Consumers' statutory rights are not affected.

7. Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account from Account → Delete account: we delete your data immediately.
